What we collect.
If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email, company, role, and the brief you write. If you subscribe to Field Notes, we receive your email and your opt-in record.
Server logs include your IP address, user agent, and the URL you requested. Logs are retained for 30 days for security purposes.
What we do with it.
Inquiry data is used to reply to your inquiry. Newsletter data is used to send the newsletter. Server logs are used to detect abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or share any of this data. We do not enrich it with third-party datasets. We do not run behavioral ads.
Your rights.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. Email hello@cooler.studio with the subject line "GDPR" and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics.
We use Vercel Analytics in a privacy-preserving mode that does not set cookies and does not collect personal data. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or third-party tracking SDKs.
